All SMS communications are opt-in only. Clients provide explicit consent to receive text messages during intake or onboarding, and consent is documented in the client record. Clients are informed that SMS messaging is not used for emergencies and that message content may be visible on their mobile device.

Clients may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying “STOP” or by notifying our staff directly.
